i have always said a happy worker is a productive worker...

however adey, i cant see how they would see that a shirking worker would make for a more productive worker.

just push for a bit extra shirk in your eba or awa or whatever the fuck acronym you are down with.

but it all comes down to being happy.

when i shirk im happy, therefore when i ain't shirking im more productive. i can see how shirking may be looked at as being unproductive, but after a good shirk i realise i only have an hour to go to get something done and my productivity levels go through the roof.

its finding the happy medium really.
