calling all house mates

Hi Guys,  
            We are still in need of an extra wheel to turn our house into a tricycle. Michael needs to be outta his place by the end of November so we are looking for someone ready to move ASAP.  Price range is up to the $360 mark PW for the three of us. We looking to get as close to the city as possible with out leaving the north, while still having a bit of room to move around, and somewhere to put some cars.  We are both very relaxed people but like to keep a clean ship.
