i'm aiming for semi retirement in 10 years. i think shev's onto something there.

pay off a house, then just earn enough to eat. banana lounge maintenance costs are relatively low i hear.

screw all this working 40+ hours a week till your 70 just to accumulate crap you'll never enjoy.
