Room available in Footscray, again.
We had another person leave and their replacement did the no-show

Yeah, it's at my joint. Wicked place. Big room, lots a toys and a big dog.
Close to city, transport etc.
Pretty cheap rent, nice place.
It's a bit of a music house, so would suit a dj / muso type pretty well.
